Monday, August 6th: Upper Room Service Project

We will be partnering with the Upper Room (5930 Swope Parkway, Kansas City MO on the 3rd Floor of the St. Louis Catholic Church). We will help them clean up and prepare their facilities for tutoring in the upcoming school year. We will learn about how this neighborhood non-profit works to provide additional educational opportunities for urban youth! We will work from 9:00am to 12:00pm and then reflect on this approach to addressing educational issues in Kansas City. Join us for "BACK TO SCHOOL" service!
